🪄 In 2006, an iconic swedish Harry Potter community under the name hogwarts.nu shut its doors. A young Karl, who frequented the site, was distraught and made a life-altering decision - to restore his favorite website. And a new passion and interest took form in programming. Today, he’s a web and app developer with the same passion and dedication as the day he started.

My name is Karl Edenstål and I’m a web and app developer with 8 years of experience. I found an interest in the field as a teenager, and it has stuck with me ever since, being my biggest hobby and passion. At the time when I started, I didn’t realize this was something you could do for a living.

In 2016, I decided to take a shot at making a living out of it, by applying to Medieinstitutet in Stockholm, where I studied Web Development within E-Commerce. This program focused on backend development, using MySQL and PHP as the cornerstone of the education.

I landed my first job at Rhyme STHLM, and I’ve been there since, working as a fullstack developer and a consultant. During my time here, I’ve worked with all different sorts of projects, clients and technologies, which has given me a broad and deep understanding of the field.

Having been involved with so many different teams, start ups and enterprises, I’ve become an adaptable, humble and responsive developer.
